Barret Broussard's appellate skills are buttressed by the fact that he has worked for both state and and federal appellate courts. He was a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta. He also worked as an intern in chambers for Chief Judge Alex Kozinski on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Los Angeles and Judge Fredericka Wicker on the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal in the greater New Orleans area. He has unique insights on how appellate judges think about the law, and how they will apply the law to your case.
